How it works

1. Choose a Property

Search for properties using MLS database.

2. Select needed contract forms

Windly will add supplementary forms you may need based

on property details. i.e. Third Party Financing Addendum,

HOA Addendum, Lead Base Addendum

3. Prepare & Submit to buyer for e-Signature

Select "Send to Buyer for Signature" and Windly will do

the rest. You will be notified when your Buyer has signed the contract

4. Send complete offer to seller

Tap "Submit to Seller". Windly will retrieve the

listing agent's email and submit your offer

5. Keep track of all your buyers’ activities and offer statuses
