WAAHAN is simple, elegant, free to use vehicle fleet owner’s assistant that will help you keep your fleet organised with timely reminders and ready to access vehicle documents.

WAAHAN sends you timely reminders on due dates for FC, Insurance, Tax, Permit & EMI for your fleet of vehicles so that you don’t miss it. You can also store vehicle documents to view & share anytime.

Reminders:

You can add the due dates for FC, Insurance, Tax, Permit & EMI for all the vehicles in your fleet and let WAAHAN do the rest. Waahan provides you with smart reminder notifications, well ahead of time until you complete the task through push message, sms & email. It also automatically updates fixed term due dates such as EMI.

Documents:

The digital copies of the vehicle documents like RC, FC, Insurance, Tax & permit can be uploaded in the app by you. It will be stored safely and securely in WAAHAN. You can use it whenever and wherever you want. You can view / show documents to officers whenever it is needed. Also, you can download or share them through email and other chat applications.

Who can use it?

The WAAHAN Platform may only be used by individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. By becoming a User, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement in individual capacity or as a fleet owner or any legal entity (ie. Company, Firm, LLP etc). You may not allow other persons to use your User account, and you agree that you are the sole authorized user of your account. Children (persons under the age of 18) or Users who have had their User account temporarily or permanently deactivated by Waahan will not be allowed to use/ register.
