Husay is a crew-exclusive connectivity tool for United Philippine Lines – HAL Crew. Husay gives our crew timely updates such as Next Assignment, document renewal checklist, and appointments for critical requirements such as Medical and Visa. While on board, Crew Members may also get timely information from the News Feed, current ForEX (US Dollar to Philippine Peso), and weather updates.

Husay v1 ensures that crew needs are met. Husay connects directly to UPL’s scheduling system, and addresses the different needs and concerns of bonafide crew members by:

1. Updating crew about their Next Assignment, allowing crew onshore to efficiently plan their personal schedules;

2. Reminding crew of pending requirements needed for their next deployment – this helps ensure a trouble-free dispatch process;

3. Providing for a digital appointment system with UPL’s Customer Service Personnel – resulting in reduced waiting times while at UPL!
