VEX is a video application for smartphones (and tablets). VEX uses 3G / 4G or WLAN (if available) to show others live via video stream and quickly assess, clarify and document a situation.

Send a live video and talk to the person at the same time. You can also highlight and highlight important areas in the video. During live video, you can also send chat messages from the app to the person. Poorly illuminated areas can be made more visible by means of the flash function.
