Urban organics" is a wonderful concept to create awareness to the people.

Being a garden enthusiast, we would love to prepare our food with the vegetables grown in Our own little organic garden. Going by the saying ' What you grow is what you eat '; we find this as the only way to counter the health hazards of chemical poisons in fruits and veggies.

Now a days there are many deficiencies in our body, our immunue system is becoming fragile. We are not geting the desired Nutrients,Vitamins and Energy, this is becuase of our adultrated vegetables which we are buying from the local market.

Fruits are being dipped in chemicals in order to ripen them, they are injected with fluids to give colour. Green leaves are washed in drain water. The food we are now tasting lacks taste and nutrients above all they are poisonous. All these can be avoided when we have our own setup. They are grown in front of our eyes without any chemicals and pesticides, It releases stress when we spend a few minutes with the plants and above all it makes us proud when our garden is giving yield it gives us immense satisfaction.
