Added auto-reconnect feature for dropped Bluetooth connections for Android-to-Android tethering.
Auto-reconnect feature requires update of SecureTether Client app to v0.9.2 or better, but this update will still work with older versions of Client as before.
Fixed support email links.
Updated app icon to distinguish from WiFi version.
Fixed permission issue and service auto-start problem on Android 8.0+.
