Platinum Properties sold the three remaining penthouses at Trump World Tower for $33.7 million after they languished on the market for six years.


Platinum Properties sold the penthouse at The Continuum South Tower in Miami Beach in a record 36 hours and then resold it three years later for the highest price on the East Coast outside of New York City at a record ($25MM).

Platinum Properties was founded by Khashy Eyn. Alongside his sister Dezireh, a licensed attorney, co-founder and Platinum’s COO; and lifetime family friend Daniel Hedaya, Platinum’s President, this tight-knit family environment attracts clients from around the globe as well as landlords and developers in New York City.
