We've created this app to meet very specific needs for our Realtor and Property Manager friends. Because of this, our app is unique. We've purposed to build a simple yet highly functional, fast and attractive app. In order to achieve this, our app requires certain permissions to work. - Full Network Access: needed to access the internet (mandatory to enable the app to download its content), launch the "Submit a Work Order" function, view our YouTube channel and read our Facebook feed

- Modify or Delete USB storage: used to store in posts and photos in your device's cache memory (for offline reading and quicker load times respectively)

- Directly Call Phone Numbers: used to allow the user to trigger a call from the contact page

- Location: it's used to generate analytics reports for your app (this data allows us to improve the app's function and provide additional features in the future)
