o Tentative Next Meter Reading Date displayed.
o Go Green & Register for e-bill.
o Register Query, Request & Complaints at a fingertip.
o Feedback-Suggestions for Tata Power, also Report Theft.
o Various DSM program registrations.
o Locate our nearest Customer Relationship Centre integrated with Google Maps.
o One touch call facility to Toll Free Number: 1800 209 5161.
o One touch email facility to customercare@tatapower.com
o Notification alerts for various discom related news.
o Social Media Integration (Facebook, Twitter & YouTube handle through app).
All you need:
o A smart phone with Android Operating System (OS 2.2 or above).
o Best works with 3G/4G/Wi-Fi.
