Space Rangers: Legacy

Bugs fixed:

- routing to a planet with a reward for the mission;
- freezing when the base with the player's ship is destroyed;
- when using afterburn and overdrive.

Improved "Cyclops" behavior, now it correctly takes off from the planet or base.
Double tapping should become more precise.
You no longer need to confirm the command for the proximity mode.
Modified the transport ships' behavior: they do not cruise aimlessly.
Space stations learned how to shoot back and get repaired.
