Basically the solution is divided into two modules functionally

1. Adhoc

• A user can report any onsite event without a checklist on impulse.

• The user has to just capture an image and type in a brief note .

• Finally the user can send the information through mail to the concerned person.

• Adhoc works in offline mode too.

2. Checklist execution

• A well planned checklist can be configured using PI’s powerful back office system.

• The checklist can be assigned for inspections which an inspector can access through a mobile

device with the correct credentials.

• A checklist can be reconfigured by an inspector to suit his/her needs on the move.

• A user without credentials can use the publically accessible checklists.

• The solution automates the entire inspection process making it seamlessly easy.

• A professional template can be designed for reports mapped with the required information.

• Previous reports can be compared and a thorough study can be done.
