The way it works is when I help you for an hour, I credit my account for that hour and debit yours. (A few clicks record the transaction.) The hour I earned helping you, I can spend by asking someone to help me. You can clear the hour you owe by helping someone. It works the same if my organization helps yours for 40 hours.
