Tour a luxurious San Francisco condo and customize your finishes.

Theia Interactive presents the NEXT generation of real estate visualization. Through gamification technology you can virtually and interactively tour any space imaginable, complete with real time customization not possible through traditional rendering methods. Our tours and experiences can be enjoyed through mobile devices, virtual reality installations, or large touchscreen displays.

In this project built with NEXT New Homes Group you can walk around a beautiful San Francisco condo with a breath-taking view of the Bay Bridge. Select from an assortment of finish options for furniture, cabinetry, and wall paint before the building is even built, and experience the most interactive and accurate way to see your new home.

Instructions:

To start exploring the condo, tap the "Begin Tour" button.

Walking: Drag the left "Virtual Joystick" or double-tap the floor wherever you want to travel.

Looking: Drag the right joystick or drag the environment.

Reveal the flyout menu by tapping the blue tab at the top left of the screen. There are two options in the menu:

1) Restart the opening cinematic sequence

2) Enter "Color Mode"

While in "Color Mode," customization icons will appear in some locations, namely the living room sofa, the kitchen cabinets, and the accent walls in the bedrooms. Tapping this icon will cycle through different material presets for different pieces of the home.
