Digitization or Document Scanning:

MobiDocs can digitize your documents with excellent quality under all light/environmental conditions. MobiDocs comes with options to set the quality of the document. In addition to document capturing, MobiDocs can extract specific data/text from a document and fill the form for further processing. All captured documents are saved in proprietary format so that your documents never fall into wrong hands even if you loose your mobile.

Document Handling:

Post digitization, you can handle your documents effectively. Convert one or more pages into single PDF document. You can categorize your documents and folders. You can link or attach a document with Audio or other file. You can add one or more annotations, send/upload the documents using FTP, SFTP, Email, Cloud or Bluetooth.

Mobile BPM:

You can participate in organizational business process just by using your Mobile. Developed on BYOD concept, you can access documents and data, and do the necessary approvals by using your mobile. MobiDocs supports both BPEL and BPMN standards. You can always search, access, and work on the enterprise data/documents as long as you have application access rights. What more!!! ECM/EIS Integration:

MobiDocs depends on the existing software infrastructure you own. MobiDocs can be integrated with ECM softwares like Interwoven, Documentum, MOSS for documents storage and retrieval. MobiDocs can also be integrated with your existing EIS like SAP or other ERP.

Security:

The security comprise of two parts. The data or documents security at mobile level. The second is at the wire level while transferring the documents or data to the remote server. While we support Mobile Security Frameworks from major vendors, we implemented additional security layer so that you can use mobile from any where and any time.
