MMProject allows to record meeting respecting, questions and attendees. It allows to take note and photos.
Secretary can then listen to record and modifiy notes. MMProject generates the reprot on html file and XML file.
L'application MMProject permet d'enregistrer des réunions en suivant, les questions et les participants. On peut également taper des notes ainsi que prendre des photos liés aux discussions. L'animateur peut par la suite écouter les enregistrements en lien avec les questions et les participants, modifier les notes prise epndnat la réunion et générer un compte rendu en format html et en format XML.
