Scan and Send

Introduction :

We are a translation/interpretation network. Customer bring their document to be translated from its original language to other language. We need to provide our customers with a facility to submit their documents through many ways, one of this ways is mobile application.

It simply an application enables customer to make scan, or take photo, or even select from mobile storage the documents to be sent to our network to be translated.

The whole project is complicated so we shall start with a very simple application as a beginning, then we can develop additional functions in the future. In the following I tried to provide a complete vision for this application:

How it works

- To send a document for translation:

1. From main menu choose "Order Manager"

2. From "Order Manager" screen , choose "Add new order"

3. Is the document stored in your phone

 If :Yes

• Choose "Select file/Pic"

• Brows your files to select the required file, and choose "OK"

• Then "Return, or Add another"

• After finishing selection , choose "That's It"

 If: No

• Choose "Take a photo"

• Adjust the pic and press "OK"

• Then "Return, or Add another"

• After finishing selection , choose "That's It"

4. Complete the fields:

 Choose the source language

 Chose the target Language

 Chose the required date

5. Then simply press "Send"

6. Wait for calling from our admin

7. Ounce agreed upon price, time and payment mode, you will get a message from us containing a reference number for following up.

- To follow up your Job:

1. From main menu choose "Order Manager"

2. From "Order Manager" screen, choose "Follow up your Orders"

3. Then type the reference (it was sent by Matrix Admin), then choose "OK"

4. Then wait for a call from Matrix Admin or a message contains the Job Status
