Visitors coming to work-places are welcomed with EVMS, Instead of entering their details manually on a register, they enter their details into Mobile or Tablet running the Visitor app. Photo of the visitor is captured and SMS/Email notification is automatically sent to the person who the visitor wants to meet. While check-out visitors can leave their reviews/rating of experience for feedback.

• PDF/print/excel Report View for (pending, approved, requested) & Download. (Also Generate report for particular date)

• Individual visitor's details view.

• Graphical represented of all type of visitor

• Individuals Profile management

Host:-

• Approve, reject Visitor request

• PDF/print/excel Report View for (pending, approved, requested) & Download. (Also Generate report for particular date)

Guard:-
