Drum-Mix

The Asphalt Drum Mix and Batch Mix Plant are operated with PLCs and controller based controls in a compact air-conditioned mobile cabin. The mobile cabin solution is a sophisticated computerized control plant with an on line remote monitoring facility. A mobile application is also available which offers monitoring of the plant on the go. The Asphalt Drum Mix and Batch Mix Plants are fully automatic, controlling all of the parameters simultaneously at a continuous rated output with quality results.

Control components such as PLCs, computers, printers are in an air-conditioned mobile cabin and the entire field wiring connection are at the bottom of the mobile cabin which are easy to connect and remove. The plant status indications are provided on the electrical cabin panels and computer screen. The mobile cabin parts are chemically cleaned using seven-tank process, primered and painted with two coats of final paint to ensure long life of paint.

All the components inside the control cabin are properly marked/tagged for easy identification, the wires are ferruled and lugged and the terminals are also identified properly. The component ratings are selected to withstand the most stringent field conditions. The panel operation is divided into different groups such as [1] AC MOTOR SECTION [2] BURNER SECTION [3] MATERIAL MOTOR SECTION [4] GENERAL SECTION [5] COMPUTER, MONITOR, PRINTER, UPS, and KEY BOARD SECTION.
