- Darma reminds you to take breaks and to correct your posture through App notifications and buzzes from the cushion.
- The App recommends different stretching exercises based on your sitting habits to helps relieve your physical fatigue and pains.
- Darma also helps you set sitting goals, and review your achievements in daily or weekly reports.
