Here’s how it works:
1. You see something that needs to be fixed. Or, you have an idea to make Chamblee a better place.
2. Submit a request through Chamblee Connect. You can even attach a photo and use your phone’s GPS to accurately note the location.
3. Your request is instantly routed to the correct staff member.
4. The city fixes the problem or addresses your request.
5. You are notified when the request is completed.
