CareMyCity is service that has born out of the world around us. With the steady increase in population and higher demand for public facing services and organisations moving towards a higher quality of service, it has always been a challenge to service the common man - “you”.

Most importantly CareMyCity makes you its own team member in addressing common issues that you face in the public infrastructures you see, use, experience on a day-to-day life within and outside your home.

The first and foremost goal of us is to reduce the distance between “you” and “your service provider”. We believe that if we take the shortest possible time to take your problems to the right person, the shortest time it should take to resolve.

Though, all of us know that there are great teams at work in almost all the departments and organisations who are responsible to address daily chaos, but we have always been hesitant or procrastinating to contact the right officer or a person in respective agencies to share our problems. This could be because of an unknown fear, low priority, unaware of easy methods of reaching the respective agencies.
