Blink is the solution you've been waiting for. You can report irresponsible drivers or message/chat with the owner of any vehicle on Blinkr. It's a easy as:

1. Enter their license,

2. Say what you wanna say,

3. Rate them from 1—5.

It's that easy and you'll feel relieved. It's like 'Messenger For Drivers'. With Blinkr you can report bad drivers, compliment good ones or just for fun, check your plate and see what other drivers are saying about you!

Blinkr's messenger system shows you messages in real-time from drivers around you. You can post messages to help other drivers, ask drivers questions, chat with or rate bad/good drivers, hopefully making our roads safer in the process.

To message on Blinkr, you simply enter the driver’s license plate info by first selecting the the state and then entering the license plate number i.e. CA-6DY4922 or NY-5AAD280 where CA and NY represents the states, and then your message to begin chatting with a driver. The '-' is added automatically after the state has been selected.

Blinkr Features:

1.) Save your license plate numbers so that you can receive an alert when anyone mentions your license plate number. This feature allows users to connect directly with other users on Blinkr via their license plate numbers.

2.) 'My Messages' tab in the menu page allows you to see (on one screen) all the messages that have been left for you so far via your saved license plate number.

3.) Enter the license plate State and make reports by using a State picker and reports picker to scroll through a list.

4.) We've added an alert that prevents users that are currently driving from making reports unless the user is a passenger.

When you rate a bad or good driver, it helps the driver better understand the context of your message. However if your message has nothing to do with the driver's performance, be sure to rate your message 5 stars as a default rating.
