Texture rotation and scaling (in new tab "Texture options")

Gridlines, guidelines, targetlines and snapping to them
You will find them in project settings

Gridlines (2D / 3D) - you can show / hide, set size and enable / disable snapping to gridlines
Guidelines (2D) - rulers can be used as guidelines with snap to rulers enabled
Targetlines (2D / 3D) - you will see them when you are moving items

Lots of user interface improvements and other minor updates and fixes
