ASiM enables real-time monitoring of stock levels and sales at all of your warehouses, stores, branches and sales vans. ASiM works on phones, tablets and PC's enabling seamless sharing of sales and stock information between your field sales force and office staff.

>> Capture sales transactions by your field sales force on their phones and tablets.

>> Perform stock transfers, stock takes and adjustments to your product catalogue on your office PC’s and have that information seamlessly pushed throughout your organization .

>> Monitor sales and stock positions in real time on your office PC’s as sales and stock transfer transactions are captured in the field and remote offices and seamlessly pushed to you.

>> Export transactions captured in the field and at remote offices to Excel for both detailed and summary analysis.

>> Enable your sales force to register new customers on their phones and tablets in real time in the field.

>> Enable your field sales force to view your product catalogue and pricing on their Android device's.

How To(Phone):

>> Change the date for which you wish to view transactions: Tap the date at the top left of the app and change the date.

>> Access customer and product listings, and stock transfer and stock position info: Tap the menu key then tap the appropriate option in the submenu.

>> Create a new Sale: Click on the new button top right.

>> Remove an item from a sale: Set it’s quantity to zero.

How To (Desktop):

>> Access your pin: Your pin will be sent to your e-mail address once you set up the app on your phone or tablet.

>> Create a new Sale, Product, Customer etc. : Click on the new button at the top right.

Reporting on the desktop requires Excel 2007 or Excel 2010
