Slither Runner solo posee un escenario y varios niveles a atravesar.
Cada nivel se crea instantáneamente una vez completado el nivel anterior por lo que deberás estar atento cada segundo en el juego.
Mantente atento a los distintivos obstáculos de cada nivel, estos son traicioneros y te podrían dar una mala pasada. Deberás atravesarlos y en algunos casos esquivarlos o sortearlos. Algunos requerirán tu habilidad, así como tu experiencia en el juego.
