Added support for sharing connection with another Android device.
The other device must run Android v4.0.1 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or better. A small (<0.5MB) client app will need to be installed on the other device, which can be sent to the device via Bluetooth from within SecureTether on most devices. If this fails, a temporary Internet connection will be required on the other device.
