Conduct accurate sales capability evaluation of Rentokil Initial salespeople.

The RI SPA APP provides Rentokil Initial Sales Managers with a structured tablet based framework to conduct an accurate sales capability evaluation of all of his/her salespeople. The app forms part of a Field Coaching day and is used when visiting customer sites observing how the sales person interacts with their customer. The data collected will help identify sales skills to be improved to support the development of an individual.
