PTW

Passport to Work (PTW) is the mandatory compliance training programme for BP’s Integrated Supply & Trading business (IST) and helps ensure that in IST, we are all fully aware of, understand and are engaged with the various local regulatory requirements and IST Policies & Procedures that govern our business. The Passport to Work programme allows us to demonstrate that in IST we take our compliance responsibilities seriously.

All Passport to Work certifications are due for completion within 30 days of assignment unless otherwise specified. This PTW Application provides automated notification reminders from My Talent & Learning 15 days before due date, 5 days before due date and on due date.

If you do not complete your Passport to Work within the allocated 30 days, you will be deemed non-compliant and, where possible, will have your building access revoked until you have completed the outstanding PTW Certification. All non-compliant individuals and their line managers are reported to the IST Executive Team.
