Fund Erie - Crowdfunding Hub

The one-stop-shop for local crowdfunding campaigns in Erie, Pennsylvania!

Crowdfunding has become one of the most popular methods of funding charities, personal projects, and even companies! As its popularity continues to prosper, crowdfunding has created a surge in websites. This makes it very hard to keep up. Fund Erie gathers all the crowdfunding campaigns from popular crowdfunding sites such as GoFundMe, Kickstarter, Fundly, and more!

FundErie's goal is to allow Erie residents to easily find and support campaigns in the area. Our mobile application will increase the success rate of local campaigns and give the community an incentive to finance their own personal projects/charities through crowdfunding.

- Single-tap to directly navigate to a campaign's web page

- Donate to Kickstarter, GoFundMe, etc. directly in the app (No browser, no searching)

This app (and its backend system) is a Computer Science and Software Engineering senior design project developed at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
