Application helps lazy officer to fill up Compass Observation Book. STCW Convention required that standard compass error is to determined at least once a watch and, when possible, after any major alteration of course. I'm not guarantee that it's properly working on all supported devices(regarding UI / User Interface/). Application was tested on HTC One, Galaxy Ace, HTC Sensation and on android emulator. Any problem with UI please send report with screenshot and model of device.
