This Southern California balloon artist has teamed up with two other variety performers to bring educational school assemblies and family fun nights to elementary schools in Orange County, LA County, Inland Empire - really, all over California. Annie's company, Balloon Storyteller Presents, is the home of a creative writing Story Contest for elementary school kids, and you can use this app to enter!
