Appointment Reminder 1.3

Reminder for Appointments, and also allows to track gasoline purchases.

You enter the appointments date and time, and it reminds you via sms, email, or just a notification 24 hours before the appointment, and a user settable time before the appointment.

A new feature is the Gas purchase tracker. You enter the date of purchase, gallons, and cost.

Preferences set the date range of the reported purchases and totals.
