Are SMS broadcasts are cancelled by another (naughty) application?
This simple utility tests whether SMS broadcasts are cancelled by another application or not.
It is very useful for Android APIs < 4.4 (KitKat), where some SMS app can make others non functioning by simply cancelling the broadcast.
Thanks Google for fixing it in KitKat.
