TelNotebook is a personal address book.

It allows to directly call your contacts, take a picture from your Android smartphone to associate your contact, to enter comments. You have an advanced search of your contacts.

The database in an "owns" database. She afraid to be local (on your Android smartphone) or client/server (On a Windows PC remote). The server can be downloaded for free on the site PCSOFT:
