Teach, Talent, Thrive seeks to coordinate, develop and support pre-K-12 through higher education, business, community and public sector talent to ensure capital region workers have the skills to fill projected regional employment opportunities. T3 is the Talent District Career Council (TDCC) for our region.

T3 will create and foster strong collaborations and partnerships within the community and is committed to recognizing, enhancing and promoting diversity in all forms, thereby ensuring that we are reflective and responsive to the needs of the diverse region we serve.
