Fixed the big one: on some devices SynthChord opened with no sound and left you hunting for a setting. Now it just plays — tap a pad the second you open the app, zero setup. Added a first-run tip and a "No sound?" guide in Settings too. The audio engine's also faster under the hood now. Thanks to everyone who reported it.
