Speak Keyboard Lite.This is especial for speaks your keys character and numbers what ever you type it will speaks and also option to set enable/disable speaker keyboard.

Setting Speak Keyboard Lite :Click on Settings-> Language & Input (Key Board)->select "Speak Keyboard Lite" then click on "Default" final you can select "Speak Keyboard Lite".

Speak Keyboard setting you have to enable Text To Speech ( TTS )

Text To Speech Settings-> Language & Input (Key Board) ->Text-To-Speech Out Put enable Speech to text.
