We got the complaint from registered clients then we assign a engineer to the particular complaint till it resolved and save the details for the future references. Admin is responsible for view and assign a engineer to the complaint.

Engineer got the information about the complaint after it has assigned by the admin.

Client logged in and register their complaint.

It is fully automated app with an ease to use. We are uploading the demo version right now after successful testing with the live database we will release the new version of the app very soon.
