The U.S. Sunshine Law requires device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies to report items of value given to certain healthcare providers and organizations (HCP/O) beginning August 1st, 2013. Reportable items include consulting fees, travel, meals, certain gifts, grants and donations, books/reprints. Smith & Nephew’s Field Spend Capture (FSC) Sunshine app is a tool that allows the non-employee sales force to capture and report expenses involving US Prescribers.
You must have credentials provided by Smith & Nephew to log in to the application.
