Round, oval, banquet, square, head table, sweetheart and desk shapes are all built in, and the seats arrange themselves automatically as you change the seat count.

A GUEST LIST THAT KNOWS WHERE IT SITS

Add guests one at a time, paste a whole list, or import a CSV. Sort everyone into groups — family, friends, work, VIP, kids, partner side, staff — each with its own color on the plan. Add a note for dietary needs, accessibility or plus-ones, and lock the guests whose seat must not move.

The live counter always shows how many are seated, how many are still unseated and how many chairs are free, so nobody gets forgotten. Search by name, filter by group, and tap any guest to jump straight to their seat.
