This App lets you control the liquid levels of three tanks in a chemical process plant.

You can use it as real Human Machine Interface (HMI) and feel like an operator in the Industry 4.0. Our Backend is connected to a real plant for educational purposes…

The following features make it a real HMI:

Get a visual feedback of real process values, e.g. the fill levels of the tanks.

Get notified about alarms as In-App notifications. Alarms tell you about critical process states, e.g. when a tank gets empty or too full.

Browse all alarms in an Alarm Widget and acknowledge alarms you’ve already seen.

Operate the process by make the controller pump over water from one tank to another one.

The App has two security measures:

A local user account will prevent the App from being misused by unauthorized personnel. So at the first App start you need to create a username and password which is only used locally and will be stored, if desired, into your keychain.

For all write operations, e.g. modifying the source or target tank for pump over control, our backend asks you for different credentials. You must request these write rights credentials by writing us an email.
