Salmo 63

1 O God, you are my God, I seek you intensely; my soul thirsts for you! My whole being longs for you in a dry land, exhausted and without water.

2 I want to behold you in the sanctuary, and behold your might and your glory.

3 Your love is better than life! Therefore my lips will exalt you.

4 As long as I live, I will bless you, and will lift up my hands in your name.

5 My soul shall be satisfied as when it has a rich feast; With joyful lips my mouth will praise you.

6 When I lie down, I remember you; I think of you during the night watches.

7 For you are my help, I sing of joy in the shadow of your wings.

8 My soul clings to you; Your right hand supports me.

9 But those who would kill me will be destroyed. they will descend into the depths of the earth.

10 They will be delivered to the sword and devoured by jackals.

11 But the king shall rejoice in God; all who swear by the name of God will praise him, but the mouth of liars will be shut up.
