About Us:

CPACT.org (Center for Primary Action to Counter Terrorism) was founded by Anton Iagounov in mid 2012 as a response to challenges we as a society face today from the ever growing threat of terrorism. CPACT is a private investigation/military/security firm in the making, specializing in counter-terrorism, intelligence gathering, public safety and awareness/training in such related matters. In compliance with local, state and federal laws and CPACT is the next step towards the establishment of a new generation of counter-crime/counter-terrorism civilian force.

Our Mission:

To bring social awareness on the different forms of terrorism and gain the public's involvement in the solution for a hostile free environment.
