As you clear zones, you unlock upgrades that make your robot form faster, more powerful, or more resilient. The upgrade path is not a single corridor. You choose which direction your robot grows, and that choice changes how you approach the challenging fights in the later zones.

Some players run an aggressive, close-range transformation build. Others keep distance and use the transformation window to punish enemies who overextend. Both approaches work. Neither is handed to you.
