Discover your best sleep by using our stress reducing app that not only logs your sleep into a database to allow for decisions about later school times or analysis of your sleep patterns, but also relieves your stress through scientifically proven methods such as drawing, journaling and timing your naps. Our beta users have described the app as “an amazing use of technology to help me relax when school becomes too much” and “my favorite way to de-stress after tests and even before I tackle essays and other large projects”.
