Some recipes though précised like Pineapple Jam Tarts and Sugee Cake makes a world of difference when you watch the methods and this, we have done by giving you visual guides/tutorials. No professional videos, all shot by yours truly on my IPhone but it’s enough to make you get it right. Because we are all about encouraging home cooking/baking and keeping Traditional Authentic Kristang Cuisine alive, this app will also be useful to the younger generation of Eurasians to help them stay connected to our food heritage.
