Real Agent Guard Friends & Fam

The Real Agent Guard Friends & Family app makes it easy to stay in touch with real estate agents while they are showing properties. To use the app, you must purchase a license for $4.99/month:

Once signed up, agents can send you an invite. It's a one-click installation process to sync your Friends and Family app to the agent.

While the agent is showing a property, you can see their location, click to call them, and manually log out their app if their phone dies.

If the agent misses a check-in time, you will get an alert on your device. Immediately call them to confirm they are okay. If you cannot reach the agent, you can use the Tracker page within the Friends and Family app to see their real-time location and any photos they have uploaded. You can forward the Tracker page to law enforcement or, if the agent is close by, go to their location yourself.

If an agent triggers a Failsafe alarm, you will get an alert on your device. You should immediately call the police and forward them the Tracker page. Agents will only trigger the Failsafe alarm if they are being FORCED to log out of their app.

If an agent triggers a Panic alarm, you will get an alert on your device. You should immediately call the police and forward them the Tracker page. Agents will only trigger the Panic alarm if there is an immediate emergency.
