• Structured Interview (MMI) — Rehearse the six "Describe a time when…" questions. Write your one-line cards, then talk each one through.

REAL METRICS, NOT VANITY SCORES

Every module captures the numbers assessors actually care about: hit rate, miss rate, false alarms, mean and median reaction time, consistency, precision, recall, F1, dual-task cost, time-on-target, fatigue curves across the session, and a 0–100 practice score for at-a-glance progress.
