- HIIT On Me is our signature beginners friendly functional training method! HIIT is an arranged short burst of compound fungtional bodyweight workouts. The whole point of this course is basicly to kick up your cardio levels and definetly make you sweat. So, feel the experience a fun challenging 45 minute training with hits music.

- Poundfit is a drum-inspired workout set to the beat of today's latest hits!

Designed for all fitness levels, Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easly modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

REFLECT:

- Restorative Yoga is a gentle and relaxing yoga session for all levels. Gentle streches combining simple hatha, yin and restorave movements couple with breathework to relieve muscle tension, it ends with a guided meditation session to achieve fullbody relaxation for your mind and the body.
