INAI Protection is an application developed by StickMX, winner of the "Competition to develop an application for smart phones that weigh the risk of providing personal data from its economic estimate, and allow awareness of the importance of their protection" team, convened by the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), through Mexico elbowing platform https://codeandomexico.org/retos/128-valora-tus-datos-personales.

This application aims to make people aware of the importance of the protection of personal data, through a financial estimate of the risk associated with the type of data processed and the perception of the holder with respect to the controller of your personal information, considering that often the personal data are the currency of exchange for goods and services offered as free.

INAI does not promote the sale of personal data, but in a fun and tangible way, seeking to make people aware that their personal data is an asset in the information society, so that companies and organizations have a vested interest Many times legitimate, some not, in their production, and in that sense, people should make informed decisions with respect to whom and for what purpose provide their personal data.

INAI protection works locally and do not have access to geolocation features, solicit personal information, or collect device information.
